Who we are
23rd Pair Lab Limited is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15728861, at 20 Malin Court, Hardings Close, Hemel Hempstead HP3 9AQ, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for information you send us through this website.
What we collect
If you use the contact form we collect the name, email address, organisation (if you give one), the area of interest you select and the message you write. If you email or telephone us instead, we hold whatever you choose to send. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and the site sets no tracking cookies of its own.
Why we collect it
To read and answer your enquiry, and to carry on the conversation if it becomes a project. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our work, and, where an enquiry becomes an engagement, the performance of a contract.
Please do not send sensitive data
The contact form is an ordinary web form and is not an appropriate channel for patient-identifiable information, personal health information or sensitive genomic data. Please do not include any of these in your message. Where a project needs data of this kind, we will arrange a secure transfer method and agree the terms in writing first.
Who sees it
Enquiries go to our own mailbox and are read by our team. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. Our website hosting and email providers process the message in the course of delivering it to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a project, correspondence is retained for as long as we need it for that project and for our legal and accounting obligations afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our holding it. Email info@23rdpairlab.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
